What do substitutions look like for beer and liquor?

We can source nearly any alcohol you’d like through our distributors.

If you are hosting the alcohol, we charge only the difference in cost between our standard stock and the upgraded product.

Do I need to make a menu for the bar?

Nope — we take care of that! We design a custom menu for you in Canva and display it in a framed sign at the bar. If you’re using our À La Carte menu, we will provide multiple menu versions as needed.

Can I bring alcohol while getting ready during the day?

Yes — at most venues we work with, you may bring your own alcohol during the getting-ready portion of the day.

However, 30 minutes before the ceremony, all personal alcohol must be secured in your vehicle or transferred to our bartenders for proper storage.

Can I provide my own soda or non-alcoholic drinks?

At most venues we work with, all non-alcoholic beverages must be provided by us or your licensed caterer.

Can I substitute White Claw for Carbliss or High Noon?

Yes. Substitutions are available. A $1.50 per guest stocking fee applies to premium seltzer upgrades.

Do you carry non-alcoholic options as part of your standard inventory?

Yes — non-alcoholic beer is included as a standard part of our inventory. Additional NA options are available upon request.

Can we add more hosted alcohol onsite?

Yes. You may increase your hosted alcohol amount during the event.

Onsite additions are priced at $1 less than cash-bar pricing, rather than the discounted advance-purchase rate.

When will my bartenders arrive?

Your bartenders will arrive at the venue 45 minutes prior to the ceremony to begin setup.

What will the stock at my wedding include?

Standard stock includes:

• 2 domestic beers

• 2 craft beers

• 4 wines

• Full liquor selection

• Full soda selection

• 2 seltzer varieties

Will you have a water station?

Yes. A water station is included with all bar services, as required by the state of Minnesota.

What do you provide to serve drinks?

All cups, garnishes, napkins, ice, and bar equipment are included. There are no additional fees for these items.
